Barrett House a Community Based Residential Facility. (CBRF) with locations in Markesan and Ripon Wisconsin. We invite you to come and live with us and enjoy the quality of life you richly deserve. Inspired by Viola Barrett, we have been able to create a comfortable and unique environment you will be proud to call home.

Barrett House Markesan CBRF, is a full service facility with an additional three apartments with 24 hour Emergency Call Systems. This CBRF rests on top of assisted living apartments. This provides independence downstairs with the luxury of the Barrett House staff 24 hours a day. We are a “C” facility with complete fire alarm and sprinkler systems. All assisted living apartments are wheelchair accessible. We also supply a health monitoring system to supervise any medication needs. We provide multi-levels of care.

Samuel’s Grove, Markesan, is a Residential Care Apartment Complex with 24 hour staffing. Basic rent includes 24 hour Emergency Call System and a Community Center. Optional services available include, Meals, Laundry, Housekeeping, Assisted Showers and Medications.

Ripon Barrett House is a licensed 15 person CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility),. We opened for business in July of 2008.  Ripon Barrett House is the 4th. Facility we have owned in the past 17 years.  We offer multi-levels of care including respite and adult day care.  We have a wonderful working relationship with hospice.  Our building has a comprehensive fire alarm and sprinkler system.  We supply a health monitoring system to supervise any medication needs. One feature of our home that can’t be overlooked is that we are small and very intimate.  Our staff gets to know our residents very well.

Drop in anytime, you do not need to make an appointment. We would love to have you. You will no doubt, smell the bread baked fresh from our kitchen. The staff enjoy the opportunity to bake all the bread and pastries during the night. This keeps them alert and provides you with a wonderful smell to wake up to.
